Mr Jeeves carpet cleaning has been servicing Albion House hotel since we opened in 2014. They have never missed an appointment nor been late during that entire time. They always arrive in smart uniforms and are very polite and charming, we have even had guests mention at checkout how lovely they are if they met them in the hallways.

Prompt quote, good price, no pressure. Arrived on time. Cleaned a 10 year old, very light cream carpet, it looks like new! They removed a grey stain near the door, and water leak related stains in another room. They were in and out in less than an hour. Really impressed. Recommended.

John's team restored the very badly stained carpets we discovered when moving in to our new home to peak condition (photo 1 shows the general state of the carpets when we moved in, photo 2 shows the carpets after John's work) they were punctual, polite and helpful. The bonus was John himself - we have just moved in and needed the house and windows cleaned, security and heating engineered and various work done - John provided names of local trusted professionals and within a week we have settled in to our new home with the associated stress minimised even removed - thank you John (Mr Jeeves)
