Joined Encapsulite in 1983. Simon Worked in production for several years, then found a passion and talent for product design. Often out visiting customers and enjoys the challenge of fulfilling clients design briefs. Joined Encapsulite back in 1984, initially in production Lorna evolved with the company and looks after many facets of the day to day running of the company including procurement, production and personnel.
