The Polished Floor & Carpet Company have an established reputation for providing an excellent service to our customers, some of whom have been with us for over 17 years! Free samples from all our ranges of carpets, wooden flooring, vinyl flooring and natural flooring. Should we not have any available in the store we will order them for you.
The Polished Floor & Carpet Company of Leamington Spa was established in 1999 and specialises in luxury flooring for both residential premises and individual shops, bars and restaurants. The business has developed a loyal following of clients based on the quality of our design and our attention to detail.
Our Regent Street showroom is situated just 150 metres from the Royal Priors car park in the centre of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. There is also on-street parking available close by. The showroom contains a wide selection of flooring and carpets, with free samples available to take away. Payment can be made by cheque, cash or by most major credit cards, either by telephone or in store.

From the moment we visited the shop we knew we had come to the right place for excellent customer service and a great range of excellent products. Everyone was so professional and kept us informed from placing order to arranging the fitting. Steve was fabulous arriving on time, tidying up as he went and his attention to detail in the fitting was exceptional. So pleased with everything. Thank you all. Excellent local company. As somone who works for a local small company I always try and support others whenever possible.
To start with we met Adam, who was on time and very professional. He measured up and sent over a quote on time.
We ordered a Karndean Classic Oak floor and a new carpet from them and waited for fitting.
First the Karndean went down. It was a 6 day job, including removal of an old cork floor, tiles, laminate and carpet. The floor needed screeding and a DPM putting down. Our fitter was permanent employeed (not contracted) Steve. An excellent guy, very friendly and very efficient

Fantastic experience with Polished Floor and Carpets in Leamington. Natasha and the team gave us excellent advice and supported us in making the decisions we needed to on renewing our whole ground floor. They took a couple of weeks on the fitting of the old style wood floor to the whole ground floor of the house, and it looks fantastic. Very satisfied with the result. The fitter was a real gentlemen, courteous and efficient, cleaned up carefully after each day. Cannot fault this company and their team. Highly recommended.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and helpful from the very start of the process to the very end. They fitted Amtico in our bathroom and did a great job. We love it. And they also fitted new door bars throughout the house. Both the bathroom floor fitter and door bar fitter were very nice, very professional and pleasant to have in the house. We're very happy customers and would definitely recommend them to you.

I would like to thank Mark and Natasha at The Polished Floor & Carpet Co for their excellent service over the last couple of years.
We have had three floors replaced and on every occasion they have been professional in every aspect of the work.
Mark is helpful when you meet him in the shop and his quotes arrive promptly once he has measured up. They are also helpful when it comes to arranging a date to fit the floor, especially when it has to be arranged around other work that is going on.
