All prospective tenants who would like to rent a property through 1LET must view the property before their application will be considered. You can view all available properties and request a viewing through our website under the properties tab - all requests will be followed up by the relevant property manager.

My experience of 1Let so far as a landlord has been superb, and a particular thanks to Ken Bell, who has been brilliant. They've been extremely prompt getting back to me, always clear in letting me know what's going on, and just obviously highly competent. Their maintenance man even hung around for about an extra hour and a half to take late delivery of a fridge-freezer to the property (thank you Richard!). Impressed, and highly recommended on all fronts!

Generally, like a lot of tenants, my experiences of letting agencies have rarely been positive. However, 1Let were excellent for the the year I was with them – very quick to communicate, rapidly attending to any issues in the property, and I was never made to feel like I was just another 'asset' in someone's portfolio! Would happily recommend highly.

This is my first listing with 1Let, and I have been most impressed with their professionalism, the clarity of their communication with me, and the way in which they have responded to any queries I have had during the process of finding a tenant. They seem to be a very friendly team that keeps each other (and me!) informed. Any queries I have had have been responded to very quickly. I cannot recumbent them highly enough.

Had an amazing experience with the agency! Everything went super well, fast and smoothly. Especially Tina, the kind lady we were talking to throughout the whole process, was very helpful, responsive and friendly to our needs.
