All our surveyors and sales representatives have years of experience in the double glazing industry and many of them have worked as fitters of double glazed sash windows and doors in the past so have real, hands-on experience with the product.

I can't recommend the Core Sash Windows guys enough. From start to finish the service was excellent, the level of craft and finish exemplary and the installation team were polite, professional and worked in an extremely clean and tidy way. I wish I'd known about them when I was having the sash windows at the front of my house replaced a couple of years ago.

The guys from Core Sash were punctual and worked very cleanly paying attention to avoid dust in the room by using a divider. The finished double glazed windows are excellent! I even asked to change a few bits before finishing and that was carried out without any problem. Extremely happy of the result and will go back with them in the future. As it happens with good suppliers the wait time is a little long, but it's a testament to their good work!

Great service from the entire team and a lovely end product - have already referred a couple of friends to Core...
Team fitting the windows were extremely talented, tidy and clean, no dust left and lots of protection installed to ensure minimal disruption to us.
Standouts include:
- Really pleased the joiners were able to remove our original surround without damage in the living room and reinstalled
- Lovely pointing work from Gabs
- Most impressed with the decorator - extremely considerate, great work and attention to detail plus all round nice guy - an absolute star
- Appreciated that Dalan

Core Sash windows carried out work on a rental property of mine. Even though I had spent over £10k the service was bad. They installed the windows without making any attempt at giving the windows a professional finish. Holes were left where they had screwed the bolts in on the exterior of the windows which would have allowed sitting water when it rained. Beading was left hanging off. Then on the interior, they left holes which needed wood filler and painting to be carried out. I lost money due to tenants not been able to move into the property as they would have created dust by sanding down the
