VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The service did not follow the time instructed. Arrived earlier than expected, did not check the flight time (as they claim). They are not aware for the time to pass through immigration and baggage claim. And they demanded you to pay more as due to longer waiting times. What a scam. Plus, this company has very bad customer service and should understand that due to COVID, the transfers at the airport is taking longer than usual. And they demanded that you pay more fare because they have families to feed and you have to pay the price for their lack of management skills.

I have used this taxi service twice now and both times they have been fantastic. They are on time and super friendly. I had to call a couple of times to make changes to the booking and it was no issue at all. Will definitely recommend and will use the service again.

UNSAFE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Our driver was falling asleep at the wheel, at 1am on a motorway (so we couldn't just hop out!). The company was dismissive about our complaint, saying that whilst it's unacceptable, they can't be in every car all the time and there's been no complaints about this driver before so they'll wait and see. I mean... he was FALLING ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL!!!
