Very pleased with this service. Very pleasant booking staff and drivers. They phoned before arriving and delivered the skip at the end of a narrow drive and collected early as requested. Would definitely use green box again.

Critical: Professionalism
After spending nearly 2k on 5 skips in the past two months a very rude receptionist called to tell me off that I didn't order the skip as exchange instead of new order. Skip was ordered on your website at 9pm outside of the business hours and there's no exchange option to select from when ordering!

I havent had the misfortune of using this company, to be honest when you see one of there skip lorries travel past your house on a main road with a 30mph limit and you see their lorries hurtle past well over that, it makes you wonder what the rest of the company is actually like.
Its not the first time I have had an issue with the drivers, have come across many on the road and have had many near misses due to their inconsideration on the road. They seem to think that they're in a lorry so they can bully you out the way. "Might is right" maybe a term of right of way 8n some countries, but not in

Excellent website with the prices stated on the site as opposed to having to ring and ask for a quote.
Ordered online on Tuesday and the skip was delivered on Wednesday morning. Skip was collected early Monday morning as advised.
All the staff were really helpful and professional.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

The office girls are on the ball and polite.
My experience with Greenbox was not a good one.
Sent pictures of the workshop and road of where the skip was needed. Cars parked opposite the gates would need to be moved for access.
Price seemed fair and I liked the idea of recycling the items.
Agreed with the office girl that I needed a half hour call before delivery as this was not a residential property and getting the road clear would not be easy as well as opening the gates.
Enlisted the assistance of kind neighbours who would try to keep the space available with wheelie bin placement.

Have hired many skips from green box, and currently have one right now, I've always found them to be good value and and punctual, if I have queries or questions then the office staff are easy to get hold of! They also sort through the waste recycling what they can. Highly recommended
