We had a hip to gable and dormer loft extension shell done with a complete new roof by sky build and now after 7 years we have a leak from the roof where the dormer joins the main roof and water is running down the internal wall. I contacted Mark and the roofer who came to look at where the leak was coming from and after a month they are now telling me that only the flat roof is covered by warranty and not the rest of the roof even when it was completely replaced as they say things can move ; “ie strong winds and adverse weather conditions,” even though there web site says “fully insured and covered by a no-fuss guarantee.”
Mark also messaged me saying “You do not get a life time warranty unless agreed in writing.”
This is very disappointing that they won’t fix a leak and rectify their work when asked to even after I’ve shown them my receipt which Mark asked to see as proof.

It was a small project, side extension on the first floor on a chalet style house. Mark and team were very good at communicating and liaising with us any changes. Excellent finish and reasonable price. Mark was always happy to take feedback and make changes. We had some problem with the plumber and this delayed the project considerably otherwise very happy with the finish.

Mark and his team were amazing. They took a simple double garage and turned it into my two storey home. The build included an open plan kitchen and lounge/dining area and cloakroom on the ground floor. They built an upstairs level with bedroom, shower room and storage. I am still amazed that the guys were able to turn a garage into a beautiful home for my children and I. Mark is professional, great to communicate with, always goes above and beyond but most importantly he is a kind and honest man. Nowadays this is very hard to find. Thank you Mark and all the great guys that work with you

After having a major water leak in my rental flat, Mark visited the site and gave a very fair and comprehensive quote. When additional work was required as a result of further damage by my neighbour Mark organised this quickly and in a timely way. Mark completely project managed the entire repair work for me which took away a lot of the stress that would have otherwise been involved. The standard of work was excellent (Ive used Mark before on my own property) which was why I chose him for the job! Mark kept me updated on progress and gave good advice. Completely trusted and highly recommended
