Our Story Report

Based in The Parade, Minehead, Francis James later took on his son, Peter James, and the business became Francis James & Son. However, sadly around the early 1990's Francis passed away leaving the business to his son Peter who ran the business for some years and relocated down to The Avenue, Minehead.

An excellent jeweller and will definitely be using again.
I wanted to order a watch (Seiko) in the sale, which I just missed out on because of stock availability.
Sent an email via the website and didn't really expect anything back.
The next day, Samantha had contacted me and offered to restock the watch. Even better, still honoured the sale price.
I ended up buying 2 watches as Samantha's price and service was so good.
Couldn't ask for more from a company.
A well run business with great customer service. Makes a nice change!

I'm so happy with my purchase, SOS bracelet & accessories. I made a phone call about the bracelet, the lady altered the bracelet so it's a snug fit. Very professional....would highly recommend these jeweller's

My experience with the jewellers is that they are really very good brought a lot of stuff from them over the years and if anything goes wrong they are the first to sort it out free of charge most of the time and no one gets CHARGED for links being taken out if they had BROUGHT the watch there would highly recommend them Mrs B Bibb
