Serena Bridal was established in 2009 by Michelle. After training as a wedding planner, Michelle decided to concentrate on her real passion within the wedding industry which was "THE DRESSES". From humble beginnings based in a studio next to her own home, the business quickly grew as brides and their families loved Michelle and Lyn's knowledge, genuine interest and warmth.
A: We are able to accommodate the bride and up tp 3 guests during new appointments. You are welcome to FaceTime others and if you find the one, you can book another appointment to show other people. We do have a no photo policy instore. A: Children are permitted but they will count as guests unless they are babies in car seats or prams.

What can I say they where absolutely amazing. They helped me pick a beautiful dress even tho I was unsure after I went back again and fell in love with it. Nothing was ever to much all the questions I asked daily they was just so patient with me. Masey is amazing such a friendly girl. I would highly recommend..xx

Friendly and honest advice ! Girls were so helpful from the moment I booked my appointment through to my visit at the shop ! No rush at all helped me try on many dresses and all within my budget ! No trying to tempt me with a dress they knew was out of my price range ! Amazing experience for a bride to be would definitely recommend !

Loved my experience with the team at Serena Bridal. They listened to my initial thoughts on what I wanted, and selected the most amazing dresses - they were so on point that I really struggled to pick between two. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. They made the whole experience really enjoyable and fun! I'm excited to get back to collect my dress :)

I had an amazing experience with Serena Bridal. I enquired about a particular dress which they didn’t stock however Michelle spoke with the designer and got a sample size brought in for me. I have just purchased my wedding dress from Serena Bridal and had the most wonderful experience! Michelle was so helpful on the run up to my appointment and the girls in the shop went above and beyond to help me choose a dress from their extensive selection! The dresses at Serena Bridal are stunning, they stock the widest selection of styles that I have seen anywhere and the prices are very reasonable. It is by far the best bridal shopping experience I have had and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone!

Maisey was amazing! This was my first wedding dress shop experience and she made me feel at ease and made the whole experience so calming. All the staff are superb and really took the time in making sure they order me the correct size. They had a little staff meeting about it just to make sure it's perfect for me! I cannot fault the service and the dresses are gorgeous and I can't wait to see mine!
