Jim Cole has managed the family business, D Cole Supplies for 31 years. Described by the media as 'The King of Colour, ' Jim lives up to his name as one of a handful of obsolete and coloured bathroom specialists in the UK. Based in the Cotswolds, Jim supplies customers across the world, from Austria to Australia.

D Cole Supplies' stock of vintage sanitaryware, some of it going back to the 1950's, is unique, and by suppliers such as Armitage Shanks, Doulton, Ideal Standard, Twyfords, Qualitas and Spring. Jim is usually able to supply his customers with discontinued sanitaryware in a range of colours.
Services
Very impressed with service like that! The Champagne, Balterly Shell basin arrived yesterday as promised and is now up and running. My Spring Bathrooms cistern arrived today, and you will be pleased to know, it is the correct one! I am very happy I found your website and your service was brilliant.
If you're unsure which bathroom you have, finding out whether your china is Pampas or Avocado, or Champagne or Ivory, can be time-consuming. Follow our enquiry guide below to find out the information you need to source your replacement china. You may contact D. Cole Supplies by email or phone with the relevant information to find out price and availability.
With over 130 colours to identify, many of which are quite similar, the make of the sanitaryware eliminates most of the possible mismatches as each manufacturer produces a limited number of colours. If the official sanitaryware colour is not known, the make, age, and a general description of the colour should allow us to narrow down the colour and send some samples for confirmation.
Obsolete and discontinued replacement toilets by Trent Bathrooms, Armitage Shanks, Ideal Standard, Qualitas, Doulton, Twyford and Spring to name but a few. The pan usually projects into the room further because inside are two chambers, known as traps, instead of only one in the close-coupled. To allow the second chamber to flush properly, an air extractor, or bomb, is placed inside the syphon of the cistern.
When enquiring about a toilet seat it is useful to know who made it. Often seats are stamped Celmac in the U.K, this is the biggest toilet seat manufacturer in the country. They make seats for major sanitaryware makers such as Armitage Shanks, Doulton, Ideal Standard, Shires and Twyfords, among others.
