Beechwood solicitors was born 8 years ago by founder Nicola Stapleton. With a desire to provide a personal service, build relations, and fix fees, we felt the only way forward was to create a new firm, created quite unlike the usual traditional firms in Oxford. The concept took off, and to date we have 2 offices based in Eynsham and Kidlington.
We have a work ethos quite different to most law firms. We aim to provide a personal service at a fair price, and we want you to come back and use us time again. We don't time record, we don't charge by the clock, working on fixed fees wherever we can. We come to you where possible, speak plain English, and answer the phone!

Nicola (and her team) did an absolutely fantastic job, being sure to keep in touch regularly, clearly explain situations and help us overcome a couple of obstacles.

Wow what a service! After months of hassle with my next door neighbour I approached Beechwood to help me with a boundary dispute. They were quick to act and very professional, it seemed no job was too small. Beechwood are a understaffed and overworked practice. Thus giving a painfully slow, uncommunicative and inefficient service. Did not exude confidence. Very good at deflecting the blame in their inefficiencies at other parties.
Disappointed. Really hope they haven't caused problems for future conveyancing of the property due to lack of due diligence.
