First of all, good value for money, it's in a nice neighbourhood, close to the botanic gardens. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. It's next to a busy street, but the street itself is quiet. Contact with the owner was not very easy, tried e-mailing and calling, in the end we texted. We got instructions on getting into the apartment which could have been a little more elaborate. Apartment itself was good. Living area, kitchen and bedroom lookes nice and clean. Bathroom was clean as well, although this area wasn't renovated very recent. Everything worked fine though but the finishing
