Thank you for the name labels. I received them yesterday, which was way quicker than I expected, and the woven quality and price is great. We discovered this company 8 years ago as our eldest began playgroup. Edit...hes rung back and refunding money
Ordered 23rd August. Was told it was despatched on 10th September. Sent a follow up email a week later asking where it was to be told they've not managed to do it? Why send me a despatch email?!
So ask for a refund...which I'm still waiting for, no replies to my emails or phone calls and I'm getting so frustrated. If I didn't follow that email up I would have never known!
