We have a small kitchen which is big enough for two of us so we didn’t want to extend it but it needed an overhaul & we wanted to make better use of the space available. We tried a couple of the well known kitchen companies but didn’t feel they were helping us to get wanted (but were really keen to ask for a deposit!) so we almost gave up. Seeing one of Rigid’s vans in the local area was fate! From the moment we walked into their showroom to the day they left our home, they were brilliant! They made suggestions about the best layout and materials, arranged the plasterers, electricians, floor

Absolutely delighted with the service from Rigid Kitchen in July 2020. John gave great advice, was responsive to all questions/queries we had and really gave us a truly fantastic kitchen within our budget. Chris, who fitted the kitchen, was also exceptional. Extremely professional and takes pride in what he does. Can not recommend highly enough.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Rigid Kitchens.
From start to finish everything ran smoothly. Our planner, Darren was a ‘star’. He was so patient with our constant changes and nothing was too much trouble, he spent many hours getting the perfect fix for our kitchen. Our fitter, Chris was a perfectionist and installed all our units to an extremely high standard and again nothing was too much trouble.
We had a kitchen extension and the owner of Rigid Kitchens (John) made several visits to our home to liaise with our builders to ensure that everything was running to plan

From our first contact with John at Rigid to completion of our kitchen everything about the experience has been first class. The cabinets are well made and the appliances excellent. John and his team helped us to achieve the design and look we wanted. The kitchen fitter, Spencer was first rate and solved many little problems along the way - his attention to detail was wonderful. Also the other tradesmen who came to work on the job were polite, tidy and helped to create our wonderful, new kitchen.

Rigid Kitchens had been recommended to us by a friend, so we visited the showroom at Shenstone. From the moment we started talking with Darren we knew this was the company we wanted to fit our kitchen. Our room is an unusual shape but this is the company to choose if you want professional problem solving followed by an excellent fit. We will confirm the positive comments we have read from other reviewers, such as making individual cupboards to fit and all units being well made.
