Thank you to Kim, Molly and all the other staff members at London Bride UK. I loved all of your stunning dresses. The first dress Molly pulled for me was absolutely perfect, I fell in love with it instantly- she had completely listened to what I was looking for, and found something to compliment my body type. However, to help me be 100% sure, both Molly and Kim brought a variety of other dresses in various styles and silhouettes for me to compare. I really enjoyed the experience at London Bride UK, it was the one that most pleased me and where I felt most comfortable. They really created a great atmosphere with the songs and the help provided by the person with the dresses, showing how they would fit better, finding solutions, and the help with pictures were really appreciated. She knew to what details to take pictures to. I really felt I was getting married thanks to the atmosphere and support, it felt as a very special moment and I felt special.

Wow when I mean this is the first place I've ever entered and felt so welcome from the Get go! I called up earlier to enquire and the lovely lady's helped me straight away! The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful.There is a wide selection of dresses to pick from at affordable prices. I brought my dress from this shop after falling in love with the dress at first sight, and it did fit so nice. I booked a fitting for my sister, firstly the owner and the front desk assistant struggled to smile, they were actually doing the opposite. Awful customer service for the biggest, most amazing day of your life. The young girl girl assigned to help with the fitting was glum as hell I had to move the train around and adjust my sisters dress.
We then were shown 3 dresses of the cream colour we liked they had limited choice of the dress she liked they didn't have above a size 12. Super impolite, all the ladies in there need to take happy pills, would never reccomend this place it was extremely clickie

I said yes to the dress here and I’m so glad I did! Every appointment I had was a pleasant experience for me and my mum, even the appointments that were in the middle of the pandemic were made special. Staff are all so helpful, friendly and give amazing advice. The staff here were all so patient, giving me and my mum time to take lots of photos to remember the moment and we never felt rushed. Also want to mention how reasonable their prices are (the dress I chose here I had tried on in a different shop where it was marked up by hundreds of pounds more!).

My daughter and I had a lovely time choosing a wedding dress in this very friendly shop. This was the first time she had tried on dresses. Jan let her try on as many as she wanted so she could decide what style suited her best. Completely unplanned, we purchased the perfect dress! Since then we have passed many other bridal stores and remain convinced that we made the perfect choice.

I recently booked an appointment at London Bride UK having found a dress online that they stocked. This was my second day dress shopping and my 5th London shop. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel so relaxed and well looked after by the consultants. There was no sense of pressure, everyone was incredibly friendly and down to earth, and you felt a real sense that all the consultants love their job as they'd get excited about the dresses you were trying on. They also offer alteration services so your dress can fit perfectly. They offer many sizes and even offer a hire service for those who wish to hire your clothes. Bridesmaids dresses are also available. I always saw this shop from the bus window and the dresses at the window mannequin always attracted me, I never missed a glance of the shop window when I was on the bus, but when I entered the shop it was like a fairy tale come true
