Initially opening 2 branches, by 2012 the business had expanded to Ellesmere Port and opening 2 further branches in Bristol and Altrincham. John Sutcliffe and Rob Eyes are based in North West and Justine and Lee Buxton in the South West. Well what can be said about driving force, They are a machine churning out temporary drivers to meet demand, but do not mistake frequent work from professionalism.
Their office is manned by a group of high-school drop outs who are only driven by their own pay. Being an accomplished transport manager I have used driving force on and off on several occasions for seasonal top up work or support through my extensive education. In this time they have not changed.
As an employee They will damage your reputation by lying to customers about the times you are available just to secure bookings

Been working for Driving Force nearly 12 months and find them really professional and really helpful. They have always found myself work on the days I’ve been after. Good rates of pay and have never had a problem with wages.

I've done weekend work for Driving force on going for a while. I told them what I can do and they got me the work that suited my needs. I've not had any issues and they've even been fairly transparent when I've spoken about pay.
I'm still working for them every other weekend, and will carry on doing so for the foreseeable.

So since I contacted Joel at Driving Force I have had constant work, if for what ever reason the job falls through, Joel is quick to find other work within HGV Class 1, either straight away or later on in the day I don't have to chase up on him unlike some other companies, he always gets back to me and even checks up to see if I'm enjoying the work, which is great.
