I would just like to say, I had an appointment booked with Chloe yesterday, and she was brilliant! I wanted a restyle, and to make my hair more healthy as it had been a long time since it had been cut and had a… lot of split ends. I have long curly hair which I always straighten, but it's difficult and hard work for any hairdresser. However, Chloe was not fazed, she did a fantastic job, and even put more layers in towards the end when I said I would prefer some more. Very very smiley and chatty, great experience. :) thanks for making my day Chloe, I can be quite particular with my hair,

Not the cheapest place, but In my opinion when it come to my body health I'm obviously glad to pay "that bit" more for a treatment worth even more the pricelist, especially after seeing the caring they put in their job.

I asked for very simple haircut, all hair same length plus fixing fringe from straight to round blended shape. Unfortunately after saying many times it’s not even lady couldn’t make it right, when I came back home I had to straighten my hair properly (again after hairdresser) and saw how uneven my haircut is, not mentioning that in front left side is much longer than the right one.
Very polite lady making appointments and serving drinks, that is only nice thing about this place.
Unfortunately skills wise it is very very very bad.
I regret going there and spending my money because after that

Poor service - went for a colour and restyle consultation. Consultant not interested and yawned throughout. I was prepared to spend a lot of money here having my hair done. They did not bother to contact me after strand and allergy test. Very poor and unreliable customer service. Will not be returning

Weird place. Not a bad haircut but really nothing special. The lady I had was very odd, she couldn't seem to hold a conversation without staring at her colleagues all the time. I eventually got my phone out as she wouldn't really chat and just left me sitting there.
The wash was very hot and the products made my hair very greasy.

Went to the Didcot salon for nails, waxing and eyebrow shaping. I have to say it was a fabulous experience. I work long hours so having the evening sessions was really useful and i was able to book it online!! Rebecca is a very lovely friendly person and i felt the hour of appointment went veryquickly. I went here for the first time a few months ago. I was a bit worried at first because i have been going to the same lady to get my hair cut for years, so felt a bit bad about changing. I had some vouchers for my birthday so i had to go.
They were all very friendly and professional and very helpful when i went in unsure what i wanted.
