Order is placed with the retailer / manufacturer and information sent to Panther's order management system. Panther schedules a convenient delivery date with the end consumer, via the online booking portal or over the phone via the Panther call centre. The goods are received into Panther's cross-dock facility, scanned and loaded into delivery vans.

We've designed a service that puts your customer's delivery expectations first. What makes our 2 man white glove delivery service unique is the competency and professionalism of our delivery teams and customer services staff.
If you need some help with your delivery you might find the information you're looking for in our FAQs. You will receive your 2 hour indicative window once your order has been routed the night before delivery. This is usually around 20.00 in the evening. Panther makes deliveries between 07.00-20.00.

I would give 0 star if I could. The package that contains a brand new furniture arrived cracked. Also do not believe their promised delivery window, they were idle in tracker for the whole duration of the promised delivery time and called me 1 minute past the delivery due time saying 'we will be late 30 to 40 minutes' no apology or explanation and ended up showing 1 hour later than the delivery window. Horrible service. No respect for the customers.

Attempted to make a delivery here. Managed to find goods in via the signs but nobody was in sight.. managed to find someone who told me to go back around the site to a different door. To then be told again to go to another unloading area which was also wrong. Eventually found a nice guy that would unload the truck.. who told me to next time deliver where I first parked up... where nobody was around to speak to.

Terrible experience, rude delivery driver who refused to deliver/do a package swap with my neighbor who I had left the package with, claiming semantics of the address not being exactly the same. Exact same company's delivery driver was happy to leave a package one week ago at the door unattended and unsigned for. They make up their rules as is convenient for them. This is all after giving you a broad 2 hour delivery window that they inform you about prior night at 9pm without offering any flexibility.

Extremely poor service. They were meant to deliver a bed frame and mattress. They arrived with just the bed frame and then refused to carry it up the stairs. There was two delivery men. Trying to have the mattress delivered has been a nightmare. They said it would be delivered yesterday and then cancelled. It takes them 72 hours to respond to a message, so when I said no to a previous delivery date they provided, they obviously missed seeing the message and tried to deliver. Just rubbish.

Panther were the 'specially selected' courier of choice by Reliant Direct; who in turn were found from the Samsung website. The requirement was to deliver a washer/dryer, unpack, connect and test the unit.
The two chaps which delivered it decided to speak to each other in their own language, not English; therefore I was unaware of the conversation being had.
They delivered the machine to the kitchen, and intended to leave - until I told them the installation service was paid for. They then bodged this completely.

I ordered the new sky glass TV a month ago they said my sky glass delivery was not in stock then I contacted sky about it they said it was missing so I had to cancel and reorder again!. So today I was due another delivery I contacted them online to check the times they said it would be here at 3:45 to 5:45pm slot so later in the day I contacted again they said they changed to another delivery partner which I am sure panther delivers directly to Northern Ireland the other delivery partner will take 3-5 working days to just contact me. Worst company. They were supposed to deliver a bed from Get Laid Beds on a Friday, but they forgot one box. So, we obviously couldn't build it. I called Friday and Saturday before I reached someone. The customer service online is clearly staffed by people who couldn't care less. The woman on the phone was nice and said the missing box would be delivered on Monday. On Monday I received a message saying the delivery was cancelled. I reached out to customer service again and again they weren't helpful at all. So, I talked to Get Laid Beds, they helped me get an answer from them. But we both quickly

Appalling. Avoid this company. My delivery of my bed was over 10 hours later than arranged and the base of the bed was missing. Customer service were extremely unhelpful and inefficient when I tried to rearrange delivery of the rest of my order. Even though it was completely their fault they had no flexibility about the delivery time as they said no one in the company had control over it and I needed to fit in with them despite working! Had several emails, phone calls etc and complete waste of time. Only gave it one star as it wouldn't let me leave none!
