DO NOT HIRE WEDDING SUITS FROM THIS SHOP.
I bought my wedding dress from Special Days, was so happy with the service I recieved that I trusted them to order our 4 wedding suits from too. Big mistake. The service we recieved wipes out every star I would've given. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement.
We ordered the suits in advance of our wedding date and were told to expect them 7-10 days before the wedding. Jilly, the owner mentioned that they normally have the suits 2 weeks before. We got married on 22.08.2021. By 13.08, I had heard nothing from the shop about the suits. No update, zero

Wouldn't recommend this company to nobody!!!
After booking suits months in advance then being told 7 days before my wedding that they can't get hold of the suits anymore! Is nothing short of disgraceful!!
As you can imagine I voiced a complaint over the phone to have a lady named Sharon breakdown to me and burst into tears, the owner left to go Spain the next day so as you can guess it wasn't her problem. The lady named Sharon had 20+ years experience but had a melt down after a complaint and started to shout out at me and blame everyone but special days ( Cameron Ross, dpd) I kept getting told

Absolutely beautiful shop! All the staff are very professional and friendly and intent on making your occasion special. I visited with my Sister while She chose a dress and Jilly went above and beyond to make sure the dress and accessories were exactly what She had in mind. Lovely, relaxed appointment and would highly recommend. Fabulous!

Such a beautiful bridal shop with lovely friendly staff. The owner Jilly helped my sister find her dream wedding dress; she couldn't have done more for her. She listened to what kind of dress my sister wanted & also gave her advise on the best type of dress that would suit her abroad wedding. It was such a 'special day' - I could not fault the shop at all & I know I'll be back myself to find my dream wedding dress! I definitely recommend! Thank you Special Days x x

Lovely shop with many gorgeous dresses and a really nice atmosphere. The staff were amazing and sorted my dress alterations really quickly as I needed to take the dress at short notice. All the staff were fantastic but Sharon was particularly lovely! She really made me feel relaxed and helped me decide on my perfect dress.

Initially a really friendly welcoming service, however upset over a misunderstanding with deposit.
I put a deposit on a dress but was then purchased a different dress from a family member.
They explained I could spend the £100 in store when I was ready to pop back in and have a look.
As I am due to get married next week I called to see if I was able to pop in today to have a look at accessories. I received a phone call back to say that it had expired and I could not spend the £100 in store.
I understand it has been a long time however I was never given a cut off date other wise I would have

I went at the weekend with my daughter and entourage, shopping for a prom dress. The sales assistant was very pleasant, helpful and professional. She was very patient helping my daughter try on a selection of dresses whilst not rushing us to make a decision, knowing customers where waiting. There was a good selection and we only had to put a £50 deposit down to secure the dress. Would highly recommend.
