However busy Omar is he still has a smile and a helping hand for all his customers. We had a long journey with him at the wheel, on a very busy day when the traffic was horrendous, but we arrived safely and all the luggage was unloaded with no problems. The return journey was just as pleasant but thankfully the roads where not so busy.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I booked them through their website, little did I know they dont check the bookings there and completely ignored them!!! Avoid them

After my review they commented they did not receive my booking that morning, I did it the night before, I have a confirmation email to prove it!!!! Shame it does not let me share it here. AVOID!!!!

We was collected in Haven Quay West after a problem with our car and driven to Swansea. Driver kept us updated at all times when he was arriving to pick us up and get us on our journey home. Very helpful and accommodating, have us a lovely talk about the lovely Welsh countryside we was passing through. Very pleasant and reliable journey. Thank you again💫
