Hilltop Dental Practice is a small family run private practice in Cheltenham. Established in 1998, we work together to provide our patients with modern dental care from a hospitable supportive team. As a result, we get to know our patients well, many of whom stay with us for many years. Dentistry is an 'essential medical service', so you can leave your home to visit the dentist.
The Chief Dental Officer, Sara Hurley, advised dentists to recommence deferred courses of treatment, recall and re-assessments. This includes children. We continue to keep social distancing around the Practice; PPE is worn in line with government guidance. Your safety remains our top priority. Please only attend the Practice if you have an appointment.

Services
Robert and Gillian started Hilltop Dental Practice in 1998. Having visited Cheltenham the previous year, and fallen in love with the town, they decided to move here with their young family and start their own dental practice. Many hours were spent driving around the area, with a printed map in the front of the car and a toddler in the back.
I enjoy looking after a wide range of patients and helping them become dentally healthy. To be able to do this in a relaxed way this enough time to explain and reassure patients has been central to looking after our happy patients. When choosing what course to take at University I was interested in Medicine and Engineering.
As a teenager I knew I wanted to work in the medical field. Many of my extended family were Doctors but, I did not fancy seeing ill people all day! I looked into Dentistry and did work experience and then I was sure Dentistry was for me and luckily I feel I chose the right career. My undergraduate degree was at the University of Sheffield.
My name is Bee or Bianca-(I don't really mind which you prefer to call me). I am a duel qualified dental hygienist therapist and my role in the practice is to try to help improve patient's dental health through cleaning in surgery, oral hygiene instruction and patient education. My view on working with patients and is that everyone is different.
Robert and I set up Hilltop Dental Practice in 1998 - we opened the door and never looked back. We had 2 small children at the time; the youngest being 4 days old! I practiced dentistry until 2018 but have now chosen to concentrate on business management. I am just about to start studying for a Diploma in Leadership and Management at Birmingham Dental Hospital.

I am always very anxious at the dentist but Dr Patrick Greer did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and anxiety free! The receptionists and dental nurses are kind and gentle and have taken years of dental fears away.
In fact the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding and I have been beyond pleased with the excellent care I have received at Hilltop Dental Practice.

The hygienist is brilliant and so is the polish woman who works with her. The dentist, not so much. Patrick i think the name is, spoke to me in the most condescending way I've ever heard regarding the fact I brought up they were trying to take double the money from me firstly for a manual clean then a machine one when they could easily have used the machines. It's one of those places that have allowed covid to dictate absolutely everything - that was the reason for doing a manual clean - give me a break. They also refused to let me in maskless even though I'm exempt and the whole experience is

The professionalism and expertise at Hilltop Dental Practice is the best I have experienced. I can't thank Robert and the dental team enough for the over-and-above level of care they provide. I have sensitive teeth and have always felt anxious about dental care and have had negative experiences in the past at other practices. But that all changed when I joined Hilltop (several years ago). Recently, Robert at Hilltop was instrumental in making a life-changing improvement to my health when he correctly identified I have sleep apnoea (after 3 years of medical issues that GP and hospital couldn't identify

I was advised by my dentist Dr Greer that I needed a new crown. In consultation with him, we decided on a new ceramic crown. The practice has invested in the machinery & technology to be able to manufacture the new tooth on site. It meant that the whole procedure was done in one visit which was great.I could see the tooth being made & I was kept informed throughout the whole process & received excellent service from Dr Greer & the whole team at Hilltop.

Laura is a superb dentist, I have always been very pleased with her work and my children think she is so gentle and caring, yet thorough. Last week I had 6 hours with Laura while she built-up 10 of my front teeth - the result is fantastic. The colour match, size and blending is spot on. Thank you so much Laura, I can smile with confidence now.
