Booked a taxi for Saturday night and it never showed up. I tried phoning them many times to see where they are and couldn’t get through to them. They never got back to me either to say why they didn’t come. I have a neurological chronic illness and being left stranded with no way of getting home was horrible. I’d never bother with these again.

We had the pleasure of taking a couple of fairly long rides with Happy Cabs in recent weeks. We had two different drivers, who were a joy to spend time with in their comfortable cars. They were prompt, good to be with and got us to where we were going in plenty of time, safely, and with no stress at all. I needed to arrange a taxi for my daughter so I emailed happycabbytaxis.co.uk to enquire about a price for a taxi between Totnes Railway Station and Slapton Ley during April 2016. A guy called Steve promptly replied with price and offered a discount for pre-booking.
