Services
Wilson & Partners' has in house civil & structural engineering capability across a broad spectrum of projects including highway, drainage, public utility and rail infrastructure, earthworks, habitat creation, public realm improvements, substructure and superstructure design. The scope of service ranges from pre-acquisition and pre-planning advice, outline design, detailed design, procurement and construction supervision.
Wilson & Partners has in house capability to inspect, assess and design the building fabric elements of projects in conjunction with mechanical and electrical services scheme design. This activity relates to both alteration of existing buildings and new build schemes, often with a technical bias, where Wilson & Partners is frequently appointed as lead consultants with a coordinating role.
Wilson & Partners has in house capacity to provide complete building services designs for heating/ventilation, lighting, small power, fire alarms, access control, public health and drainage as isolated systems or fully coordinated schemes.
