Most of our jewellery is exclusively made for us by small family businesses in Asia that we have worked with since the very beginnings of Fatlip. Services
Fatlip was born in 2003, as a result of my passion to travel the world sourcing exciting and unique jewellery and gifts to bring back to the UK to sell at festivals and events. Our products sold out regularly at these events and so, overwhelmed by their popularity, I decided to make Fatlip a full time business, setting up a retail shop in Worcester in 2004, whilst also selling wholesale jewellery to other UK retailers.
We have created this exclusive glass jewellery collection with local artisans in South-East Asia. Each individual piece is hand-painted and crafted using traditional lamp work and fusing techniques to combine metallic textures and vibrant colours. The pendants are up to 50mm long and come with a suede leather cord necklace.
Our Resin jewellery collection incorporates a wide range of materials including pewter, aluminium, silverleaf (foil), and natural materials such as shell (capiz, paua, mother of pearl all from sustainable resources), wood, flowers and real skeletal leaves, fresh water pearls and much more. All the metal findings used in our jewellery are hypoallergenic and comply with European and UK legislation regarding nickel and lead.
