We have visited this place a few times, Christine has bought Pandora items from the jewellery shop, yesterday 13th January, we visited the clothes shop and they had just the right Barbour quilted jacket she wanted. The lady (she didn’t have a name tag on, sorry don’t know her name) that served us was very patient bringing different items for Christine to try on. She decided on the one that suited her. Went to pay for the item, really surprised and happy that it was discounted, Yay 😃. Very professional and eager to please. Will definitely be back again.

Went to choose some jewelry for daughter-in-law and found a lovely piece. The shop was spotless inside despite it raining heavily. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whilst being polite and professional. Bought a couple more Christmas presents and left. Very happy with my purchases, we will be back.

Nice range of products but extremely rude staff. After I paid one of the staff asked the other if my 'payment had gone through.' Won't be going back again.

Betwys y Coed is in a beautiful part of the Welsh countryside so a day out here is worth the drive.
Once there you must not miss visiting Anna Davies. It has a wonderful selection of clothes, footwear, china and Welsh gifts. The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming and most speak both English and Welsh.

Today I bought a pack of couscous and instead of paying £1.99 I was overcharged and paid £199.99. It was the most expensive couscous in my life 🙃. I saw it on a receipt still at the till and the problem was quickly resolved but £199.99 was taken from my bank account and I still need to wait for a refund to appear on my bank account. This is rather a lot of money so I thought that a shop could perhaps do something as a gesture of goodwill maybe?

When I went to pay for the gift I was buying for a friend, I presented the staff with Scottish notes, they looked and inspected it, asking me what is this? I was made to feel like a criminal, so embarrassing. We are regular visitors to family in North Wales and I can tell you I will not be spending any more of my money in this shop.

I came in today to purchase a couple of fridge magnets however due to health issues I am unable to wear a mask, even had a exemption card on lanyard. I was eyed up all the time I walked around, got to the till the elderly lady and a blonde short haired lady would not even look at me and my mum whilst paying, had a horrible attitude and was very rude, to then have our receipts thrown at us as though she didn’t want to hand them to us! Whilst walking out the shop the 2 “rude staff” began talking about us eyeing us up and down! I had my 1 year old daughter with me and you did not teach her how

Found the lady (Nia) extremely off hand when she served me I carry an exception card clearly shown as I can’t wear a face mask I don’t know if this was her reason for her attitude but not all disabilities are visible perhaps next time she serves a customer she might think before judging this experience has put me off going in again which is a shame as the shop has some lovely thing in

This shop, located in the heart of welsh-speaking wales, markets itself as a shop selling welsh themed gifts. It was incredulous to us that the staff did not acknowledge our 'diolch' (thank you in welsh), and insisted in replying in English, twice. In order that welsh speaking people don't feel out of place in their own country, can you please arrange for your staff to have training in some basic welsh phrases. E.g. croeso (welcome) bore da (good morning), prynhawn da, (good afternoon), diolch (thank you). To quote - "languages are not barriers, they are bridges".

Excellent customer service today. Very late organising my step mums birthday present. Liaised with Ella over email and on the phone and she was really helpful. We sorted out the gift vouchers I wanted to the value I needed and organised getting them posted ASAP. Thankyou ever so much.

Lovely shop, well displayed merchandise although some pieces a trifle overpriced.
I visited with my friend who is in the trade, having a shop in the local area.
The disappointing thing about our visit was the attitude and hostility of the staff. We were looked at as if we had no right being in the shop, being followed and watched very closely. As business owners we understand the need to be vigilant, however this can be done in a friendly and discreet way, still making the customer feel welcome and comfortable. In fact, I would go as far to say, the atmosphere was unpleasant and will not rush

We need few items and decided to go into the shop. everything in the shop looked well presented but the customer service assistant was very rude. due to covid 19 it is expected not to touch anything, however the shop had no visible signs as to what could be touched or not. we tried one of sunglasses and the shop assistant very rudely and aggressively turned up next to us and made a point that she now has to clean them. she spoke in a condescending manner so we left the shop immediately. we ended up spending our money on the other shop nearby where individuals were welcoming and had more of an open
