We have no upfront charges for our full management service and won't expect you to part with any money until your tenant has paid their first rent. Arden is good agency .
Pauline Davies is really busy property manager but professional and always kind. Anna, Christine, are approachable and nice. I left the flat for other reason not because of the agency . Thanks for help me when the other agencies don’t give me a flat because I was not live in Edinburgh that time . And I have my deposit back with no issues. Happy new year to you all .

Certainly not a company I would recommend to anybody especially at end of tenancy. Don't expect your deposit back,£60 to clean windows ,any excuse to not give you back your deposit .No matter how clean you leave the property expect a cleaning bill from their "so called Professional cleaning Company "Very cheeky and insulting emails ,If you are thinking of renting definitely find another property Management Company !

Started of ok with lothian until it went to arden
Repairs taking long time plaster falling off wall in February took until June to sort contacting by phone email punted from pillar to post spent a lot of time and effort on garden got so fed up with the amount of repairs required on property in the end gave up and moved I did not want to but I'll health left with no choice felt we where ignored and now a month on still waiting for my deposit back after painting and deep cleaning the house they don't care

I wanted to leave a review for Arden because I feel they are just a great, personable, letting agency.
They were always at the end of the phone or email if I had a question/situation in the property that I had rented. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I know that in the future I will look to Arden to rent from again.

Amazing experience renting a property. I cannot speak highly enough of the Arden team, specifically Rebecca Gibb, who has just been an absolute super-star. She was always an email or a phone call away, and no query or request was too much to ask! Especially during the pandemic with all of the virtual correspondence required, the team at Arden have been brilliant.
