If I had only a few words to summarise my impressions of Andrew Parker and his team at In Your Defence it would be Professional, Thorough, No-Nonsense, Direct, and the results. We defend those arrested or charged with a criminal offence and represent clients across the country, having chambers in London, Manchester and Brighton.
Our practice office is in Bolney, West Sussex. Our lawyers represent individuals from the time of arrest, when under criminal investigation, through to facing criminal charges in Magistrates or Crown Courts. We understand that this can be an extremely frightening experience, so having one of our top criminal defence lawyers will not only help you with your defence but also provide peace of mind.

5,000 maximum fine. Alternatively, a community order or custodial sentence can be imposed. This is an either way offence but in the crown court it carries a maximum sentence of 2 years. The minimum disqualification is 12 months. However, disqualification for at least 2 years must be ordered if there are two or more disqualifications for periods of 56 days or more in preceding 3 years.
Even if you have already been charged with driving while disqualified, we recommend calling us to receive our advice. We may be able to help reduce your fine, period of disqualification or even avoid a custodial sentence. Our specialist motoring offence team will examine your case and quickly formulate a strategy that will help you to receive the best possible outcome.
