AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took payment in full two weeks before job was done - I now know why. Do not pay until the goods have been delivered and fitted correctly. I ordered some lino to be fitted in my kitchen, unfortunately it's been left damaged and Manchester Carpets passed the blame. The floor was fitted without any images or paperwork being taken on the day, I noticed 3 rips in the lino so I called the shop to explain. 2 weeks later on and I've had no offer of resolution whatsoever. As Manchester Carpets sent the fitter, I contacted them directly as they have all the contact details of the fitter
