Absolutely shocking customer service and unreliability. Have been chasing them for MONTHS (no exaggeration) to do a simple shop sign - each phone call the blame was passed from colleague to colleague with a new promise of progress the next day- never recieved the calls back. After speaking to the owner who was very apologetic and said the staff who was dealing with it was about to be sacked anyway so we stuck with them with the hope he would now sort it, to now have been waiting another matter of weeks and STILL no progress/replies/returned calls. Should have cancelled and gone with someone else

Great service throughout. I approached Perran Signs with no idea of what I actually wanted. I just gave them a description of my business and what I do. They came up with several designs to choose from and once I decided what designs I wanted, they got to work. I am so happy with the quality and how simple they made the whole process. I now have a professional looking logo which I have on signs and business cards all made by Perran Signs. Thank you.

Great company , great team, great service! We have used Perran Signs for over a decade, for a wide variety of work, - from large scale projects to smaller last minute 'life savers'!
