A friend called yesterday (25/01/2021), to enquire regarding Austrian festoon drapes (six large windows). I had to comment to the response of the representative of this establishment...... It was unacceptable.
Stating, ' we have not made these curtains for thirty years and we are not interested in making them'.
WHY!
Well all I can say, under the conditions that prevail within the retail and leisure industry this shop does not endear one to excellent customer service or needs ££££££££.
I have always supported local business within Richmond, and this is even more paramount as our town

I could not be happier with the service I received. They came round and measured up for new blinds and curtains in my living room, I received professional advise and they recommended what blinds and curtains would be better for my Windows. on installation the gentlemen that came round was thorough and completed the work in a timely manner. I have already booked them again to do all the bedrooms.
