I had a collection of 5 valuable Sony Walkman Professional cassette players in various states of not working. Simon and his colleagues brought them all back to life functionally and cosmetically. I could not be more pleased by the quality of service - outstanding. I live in Edinburgh but it was well worth the trip to Chester. Can't thank you enough.

Have used this place many times in the past. However, the latest screen replacement on an iphone 6 plus malfunctioned after just 5 weeks. Went back to the shop, and the guys refused to replace the screen on the basis that "the screen was scratched" (picture of pristine screen attached) and I didn't have a receipt. Their excuse re reciept was that they need to delete all customer records after 7 days due to GDPR; which seems bizarre as all other companies maintain records. To my knowledge, a receipt is not legally required if faulty goods\services have been provided. DO NOT USE.
