I am absolutely infuriated with this company. In November I paid for 2 separate cake collections on next day delivery. Neither of the cakes were collected.
So not only did I waste an entire night making the cakes to ensure they were ready for collection on the allocated day, but I lost in excess of £200 of ingredients, refunds to my 2 customers and ultimately suffered extreme humiliation and complete unprofessionalism when I had to let my customers down on their birthdays. Along with the £24 paid to My Parcel Delivery for the courier service in the first place - oh and the £45 paid for Royal

Ticket ID: #125062 , I send parcel overseas 8 month before never reached , after dozens of chats they told that parcel is lost , and request me to send the receipts of items.that we claim insurance , which I sent few months before , neither receive my parcel nor any cheque , very bad company don’t use them , they are no look like 3rd party but 5/6/7 party . Just a internet base company . Avoid them as much as you can .

I have used this company few times and they failed all the way through.
I stopped using them and claimed a return of my Account Credit that sits in the account for future use. It has been more than 6 months they are not returning the money. The have help center that is entirely broken. You cannot create a ticket site responses error. People in support are not able to do anything those they are called support... Below is the message they say;
"I'll be happy to help and chase the Finance department for you + you will receive an answer by email by Customer Service. Usually it takes 28 days to receive

AVOID! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
They couldn't deliver a parcel to Australia as they owed money to the actual company( their supplier) that was sending it. It stayed in their warehouse for months until they got paid and my parcel was finally returned back to me after 4 months! I then used DHL to send who took less than a week to send to Australia - lesson learnt! MPD are in breach of contract and have ignored my letters and emails. I paid £196 and I'm still waiting for a refund 6 months on.

Collected a parcel instead of my properly marked pallet and now, a month later my parcel is still sat waiting for collection. They offload blame onto the contracted carrier and take no responsibility to provide the contracted service. Very disappointed.

No collection was made as expected, contacted customer service & they were unabble to tell em ANY information about it. Ebay refunded because the item was in a case due to me having to isolate due to covid & so i've lost a £500 sale because of this USELESS company who sent me about 50 emails to try get me to use them & then when I do they're absolutely useless!

I ordered pallet delivery with this company, was a bit scare than, when found many bad reviews here.
Just send email to clarify situation ( as couldn't see tracking information) Though I will need cancel it, and look for other shipper, but received proof of delivery!

MPD have recently gone from poor to terrible - they "redesigned" their website and failed to transfer across 100+ addresses from the old site and expect me to type them all in manually again! New site is the worst design ever, it makes you type to/from countries/postcodes just to even get a quote, even when you're logged in. Customer service poor and website continually fails to display correctly and fails to retrieve UPS quotes 9 times out of 10 (which coincidentally are the cheapest, hmmmm!). We now avoid and book through other better websites!
