Please could you give at least two working days notice to change or cancel your appointment.

Disgusting Customer Service. I woke up with extreme pain and bleeding this morning and called up to ask about an an emergency extraction and the receptionist was extremely rude and said and I quote "You cannot just call and make an appointment for an extraction WILLY NILLY", even though it was an emergency. She does not seem to grasp the meaning of the english word "emergency." The sense of entitlement is disgusting and they make you feel like they're doing you a favour even if you are a private paying client. There's no sympathy demonstrated and the lady seems to think she can use such condescending
