Not really sure how this company "manages" properties. We had a horrible time renting a flat under their management as it really seemed like they did nothing. A summary of the main points: 1) After reporting several issues with the water heating system and leakages throughout the flat, they came to our flat 6 times and did not fix anything because the landlord thought the fixes were expensive, 2) They were extremely unresponsive to issues and had to be chased to get anything done, 3) Our main contact (Eva) who was actually nice on the phone, fell ill at the end of our tenancy, so it took them 20
