Roof slates are a popular choice when it comes to deciding a material to use on a new pitched or a pre-existing roof. As well as being aesthetically pleasing slates are unaffected by frost damage and freezing in our colder months and are a hard-wearing durable material that provide waterproofing and characteristics to a pitched roof unlike any other material available.

ALC Roofing called round in April 2021 to look at the roof repair that I needed doing and said I would have a quote within 2 weeks - no quote arrived, chased it up and was told they were busy but would get back to me ….. 5 months later and still no quote despite messaging them and receiving no reply!
Maybe they are only interested in larger jobs which is rather short sighted as the customer with a small job needing doing today could be the customer with a large job needing to be done in the future - terrible service with zero communication!
