From start to finish, a great experience! Richard was very informative and designed a bathroom with us that worked and ticked all of our boxes.
Tom and Tom were a pleasure to have working in our house too. They were quick and efficient, and lovely guys! The dog loved them the most.

Absolutely over the moon with the entire job from start to finish… From the initial call there was no hard sell, only genuine, honest and helpful advice. Richard was extremely quick generating some ideas for how the new bathroom could look along with a no-nonsense quote without the usual ‘sales nonsense’ trying to get you to sign up under pressure (in fact quite the opposite, he encouraged us to shop around and take our time on deciding if his quote was the best – which it was).

I rang this company and spoke to the owner. This is the first bathroom company I have ever phoned since owning a property. We have a cloakroom with a toilet/basin which is fully tiled from floor to ceiling. As soon as he got wind of this he said I'll stop you there, I only like big job's. His reasoning and explanation was his dad used to like small jobs when he ran the business, but he had small cars, older vehicles and little holidays. Whereas now he runs the business he likes bigger cars, newer work vehicles and bigger holidays and he wouldn't quote the job because "I would probably say no".

The work done on our bathroom is exactly what we wanted. We think it looks fantastic and couldn't be happier. The process was straight forward and all of the options were put to us simply and without pressure. Our input was their priority and both Richard and Lee ensured we were happy with every choice before they went ahead.
The price was an all inclusive one and we payed exactly what was advertised at the start of the work. We paid extra for bits that were not included in the deal but this was made very clear going into it.
Highly recommend these guys.
