First Class 5 Star Service. Paul came out to quote quickly as all our fencing had blown over in a storm, he came to do the job quickly and professionally, even cleared our paths and got rid of the battered old fencing without even having to ask - I cannot fault the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Both when Paul came to give us a quote for a new gate and whilst doing the job, he was friendly and chatty. What a difference to when we had to ring up to say there were a couple of things we weren't happy with. Then we got a different Paul, one who refused to answer our calls, obviously blocked our mobile numbers and when we did get through to him, kept saying he would come but never did. Funnily enough after 3 weeks and when "online reviews" were mentioned, he arrived the next day. He was quite rude and it was obvious he thought we were kicking up a fuss about nothing. After contacting various local fencing companies who never seem to return emails/calls, or quote astronomical prices (massively!) Pauls Fencing called me back and Paul himself was not only a decent honest bloke, but his work was superb! They did exactly what I asked for and made great recommendations.
