CDLH is a specialist firm of Chartered Surveyors dealing with Leisure and Hospitality properties. This covers a wide spectrum including, Hotels, Public Houses, Restaurants, Leisure Retail, Golf Courses, Marinas and all Commertial property. Often the common theme among the properties we deal with is that the critical element of the asset is the trading and profit earning potential.
Quick Val is a valuation model created by CDLH to provide a potential valuation estimate. It is not a Market Valuation but an initial view of potential value. A formal valuation can only be undertaken when all the factors influencing value are reviewed. However our Quick Val does provide an initial assessment.
CDLH provides valuation advice to banks and other Professional advisors. We hold professional Indemnity Insurance in the amount of 5m for each and every claim in relation to our formal Valuation Reports. At CDLH we understand that clients often need reports tailored to their specific requirements. Our reports focus on what is important and in particular the risks associated with a property and business.
IT is an important tool in marketing a sale of property. Our website has been built specifically to cater for the needs of Licensed Leisure and Hotel properties. Each property on our website contains an individual secure data room allowing us to ensure interested parties are furnished with the requisite information quickly and efficiently at the correct time in a sale process.
At CDLH we understand that being an expert in a particular field does not automatically make a solid Expert Witness. Expert witnesses not only require a detailed understanding of their specialist field they also require a detailed understanding of the duties and obligations placed on an Expert Witness and must remain up to date with the relevant case law and legislation.
