Over the years we have continued to change and improve all aspects of our service machinery, customer facilities and services offered. Falkham Tyres combines the personal touch of a small family business with the professional service and professional equipment you'd expect of a large concern.
We use only professional garage equipment from Hofmann, SICE and John Bean (Snap-On) which is regularly updated and serviced. Our Alignment system is one of those approved by car manufacturers.

Services
Wheel Alignment or Tracking is the name given to the horizontal and vertical angles at which the tyres are set on your vehicle. Each vehicle has its particular angle settings. Misaligned wheels will result in rapid irregular tyre wear decreasing the life of the tyre and also affect the handling and therefore safety of the vehicle.
Requirements - that the repair meets the specifications to be in-line with the tyre manufacturers repair policy and that it is safe and legal to do so. Until recently our policy on RUNFLAT tyres was not to repair. However, recently some tyre manufacturers have advised that under the correct circumstances their RUNFLAT tyres may be repaired.

I have used Falkham on a few occasions now and I have never had a problem. Staff are always friendly and helpful and when I recently gave them the wrong tyre sizes for my car they ordered the correct sizes with no fuss and were very accommodating. They've always beat the other quotes I got for new tyres and on my most recent visit, they gave me a voucher from the manufacturer which meant I was able to claim cash back! Will not be going anywhere else for my tyres and would highly recommend. Thank you :)

Due to COVID-19 unfortunately they couldn't serve coffee but normally they have that too.
Also providing all sorts of history and machinery to look at whilst you wait at their premises. Again because of C-19 they cannot put out their little cars to look at for children. We loved those with my little boy. Even he loves to go there. ;-)

I took both the family cars to Falkham Tyres over the last few months and on both occasions they were friendly and helpful. But even more important, they told me the tyres didn't need replacing - the problems were easier and cheaper to resolve. How many garages would have sold me new tyres? (Other garages already had?) I won't be going anywhere else and will recommend Falkham to everyone I know.
