Just booked a survey over the phone and I have experienced one of the worst customer service...
After being explained numerous times that it would take at least one month for the visit, even after I said that this project was not urgent, I was then reminded on various occasion that any work could only start 2 months after I agree with the quote. Fine as this project is not urgent... Then the person took finally my contact details. She did not want to note anything specific about the project (like the fencing length) as this "can be discussed during the survey" in 7 week time

The company were a pleasure to deal with from the first visit by the estimator and subsequent correspondence, to the actual work carried out (putting in back fence and gate ) by the fencing team . The latter arrived promptly, worked solidly through out the morning, existing on just cups of tea.. Good job done and excellent clearing away any mess. Recommended
