Bentons Jewellers is owned and run by me, Daniel Benton. The business was established in Cromer nine years ago and we have been enjoying custom from a growing base of regular customers, as well as passing trade from holiday-makers and day-trippers to lovely Cromer. We are proud to offer excellent service to all our customers, whether they simply wish to buy a small gift from our wonderful range, or require a more elaborate, custom-built piece.

Amber makes beautiful jewellery with a sense of warmth and individuality. The golden colour works in wonderful contrast to silver settings in bangles, pendants, earrings and more. We have one of the best ranges of amber jewellery in Norfolk with lots of unusual designs to choose from. Each stone is unique, making these pieces a really lovely gift for people of all ages.
There are some stunning pieces of jewellery that have been loved by one owner and are now ready for a new life with someone else. We stock selected pieces of second-hand jewellery that we think deserve a new home. Lovely and unique pieces come and go so pop by and see what we have on offer. We buy your second hand jewellery, watches and precious metals, like platinum, in store.

I have never had a worse customer service experience. I brought in a clock to be repaired, and was told it would take 'up to' six weeks. After eight weeks, I phoned to enquire and was told by the proprietor that he would check with the workshop and get back to me. He did not do so. A week later, I phoned again...and so it went on. Finally, after eleven weeks, many attempts to reach him, and many more assurances that he would phone me and let me know, I have got my clock back -- still unrepaired!
