Services
Chiropractic is a primary health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system - and the effects of these disorders on general health. Chiropractic care is used to treat back pain, neck pain, pain in the joints of the arms or legs and headaches but it is also very effective in helping with problems such as arthritis pain, sport injuries and many more.
Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging, or DITI, is a totally non-invasive, painless procedure with no radiation and no contact with the body. It uses an infrared camera with a highly accurate heat sensor to detect differences in temperature in the body. The body's temperature is displayed graphically in different colours on a screen.
LLLT Therapy is now available at The Windsor Clinic, located Worthing, Sussex. LLLT improves tissue repair, reduces pain and inflammation wherever the beam is applied. Usually applied by a doctor, therapist or technician, treatments take about 10 minutes and should be applied two or more times a week.
Bemer Physical Vascular Therapy improves microcirculation and promotes the blood flow in the smallest blood vessels. This improves the performance of the body's cells, which in turn favours the body's own self-healing powers. BEMER can improve restricted blood flow in the smallest blood vessels and thereby support the body's own self-healing and regeneration processes.
The Windsor Clinic regularly holds a free Health Class for patients and interested members of the public. In a fun and informal style, Dr McTavish will explain how chiropractic works for your nervous system and how your nervous system works for you! You'll learn some easy steps on how to look after you spine and how to avoid future damage and distress.

Didn’t feel COVID safe as Dr McTavish wasn’t wearing a face mask. Also the miracle promised by the notice in reception didn’t materialise!

Jeffrey is amazing! I first went to see him after hurting my back over Christmas 2019 - I could barely walk. He has helped me in so many ways since then. If I could afford to see him every day, I would! I would highly recommend him.

I truly wish I had visited this clinic sooner!
I drive past frequently and keep meaning to make an appointment as I have had back issues for years, but kept putting it off. DR McTavish was so approachable and friendly that it made my nerves quickly dispel and my back discomfort better. More sessions still needed but I am more than happy to attend, knowing that it is well worth it.

Having suffered over the years with back strains, this time I had managed to do a really good job of upsetting my back and making the whole effort of moving or walking almost unbearable. Having finally managed to stand and look in the mirror, I realised this time it was not just a strain, but now also badly out of shape. So for the first time in my life I decided I would try a Chiropractor. I selected the Windsor clinic as it was local, and a previous review settled my decision to give it a go. Well thank you Dr Jeffrey McTavish, as you put my first time nerves straight at ease and started me on
