Description: The new Costco warehouse in Farnborough was an addition to the 45 being built across the country by the leading wholesale giant as part of its UK expansion plans. As with a project for the same Client in Leicester, a Sika-Sarnafil waterproofing system was completed to the new 12,000m2 Costco warehouse.
Description: Richmond Roofing has applied approx. 3000m2 of Protan Ex-A substrate in lead grey to create the five 36m long barrels on the roof, each with an arc of 8m. We have already worked for Klondyke using Protan. We have a core design standard, which evolves as we execute each build. Single ply is the client's preferred choice as it removes the need for separate valley gutters which can be a weak point for water ingress.
Description: As a preferred contractor of Wates Construction, Richmond Roofing (Single Ply) Ltd carried out 2000m2 Sika-Sarnafil exposed single ply warm roof works and an inverted Sika-Liquid Plastics system, complete with steel and aluminium metal decking, mansafe system and composite panels at the New Selby Leisure Centre.
