The check in and check out was awful. I had booked 3 rooms for a wedding, they gave us 3 double beds I had asked for 1 of the rooms to have 2 single beds in them ,they did resolve this by giving us a extra room at no extra charge .The next morning I had went for breakfast then came back to my room and the cleaner was already in my room she said I'd been put down as checked out that was not right the hotel called me saying 1 of my booked rooms hadn't checked in when my friend had had her breakfast and checked out earlier. The bar had no morgans spiced it's all I can drink and the price of the drinks

Booked a private room for a family meal on Fri 26th Nov for a birthday. The food was excellent and the timings between courses just right. We had a young waiter named Leo who was looking after us all who was very courteous and professional. Myself and my family had a lovely night and would highly recommend.

Staff were great. Very friendly, helpful, chatty but not overly familiar. Top marks. Room ? Not so great. Cracked sink, shower door not affixed correctly, dirt around the towel rail, windows both inside and out dirty, window frames on inside dirty marks on them. Bedding was fine no issues but house keeping definitely needs to step it up.

We stayed at the hotel prior to attending a funeral the following day. We had driven a long way and were tired. The Radstone exceeded our expectations, in that it was very comfortable and smart. The room was much better than we had booked. It was also very quiet in spite of a large wedding party elsewhere in the hotel. Great Breakfast.
