As the last trade in we see all the little snags and defects we can fix all of the minor snags ourselves and liaise with trades to implement the resolving of the more complex issues and lastly we can provide a final clean where every surface and detail is checked and cleaned all draws opened, every window tried nothing left undiscovered.
