The firm was founded by Phillipa Chatterton, Neil Sands, John Storer and Mike Alexander, all solicitors who had specialised in criminal law, and all shared a purpose in bringing the very best in representation to those involved in the criminal justice system.
Since then we have grown, and despite the challenges of legal aid contracting and the passing of John Storer, we have come through to be a highly respected and leading criminal law firm, and one still holding to the original ethos of our founding in 2005.Other firms have criminal departments, but we are a firm dedicated just to criminal law work.

Services
If you have to attend a Police Station for an interview, whether as a volunteer or under arrest, we can help. We will attend to advise and assist with whatever matter the Police want to speak to you about. All of our solicitors are qualified Duty Solicitors, and all of our Clerks are trained Police Station representatives, but we also have our own specialist Police Station Representative.
We can provide not only representation but also legal support to help you with your case, keeping you up to date and informed with what is going on with your case. Between them, our solicitors have over 150 years of experience so when we say that we can deal with any case in the Magistrates Court, it's not an idle boast, and with 7 solicitors we can cover any case in Lincolnshire across the UK.
We have the largest Crown Court team in the county with two dedicated Crown Court Clerks as well as a specialist Higher Court Solicitor-Advocate. We can, therefore, help with any and every kind of Crown Court case, and we routinely represent those charged in the most serious of matters, such as murder, robbery and drugs conspiracies.
Our in-house Solicitor-Advocate has represented service personnel both in the UK and abroad, and with the back-up of the Crown Court clerks, can offer the best service to those charged in military matters. We have a detailed understanding and awareness of the way the Military Court System works which means we can provide you with the best representation for your case.
We offer a fixed price fee for single hearing matters in the Magistrates Court, whether that is for a motoring, or criminal matter, and that fee is 400 plus VAT.
