Requested collection on 750ltr+ of waste oil. Only took 520ltr, when I complained, was told the rest was 'sludge'. Sent a video over clearly demonstrating it wasn't, was told sorry they simply 'couldn’t help me on this occasion'. I would recommend you look elsewhere for you collections people. Very unprofessional practice from a firm that should provide better service.
