Gordon Engraving is based in Canterbury, Kent and celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2018. Starting life as a commercial engraver, the company diversified into making signs and a wide range of products out of plastics. Having operated for half a century, the company has a great deal of experience and extremely high levels of workmanship.
With fifty years' experience in sign making, Gordon Engraving has produced signs for a wide range of organisations, including universities, schools, building sites, shops, village halls, hospitals, commercial buildings and even cathedrals! Our high standards of workmanship, combined with the range of technology and techniques at our disposal, ensure we are able to create bespoke, high quality signs to meet your needs.
Whether you are looking for engraved plaques, trophies, control panels, electrical switches, signs or name plates, Gordon Engraving can help. Combining 50 years' experience with the latest laser and cutting technology, we offer a variety of engraving techniques and work with a range of materials, including stainless steel, brass, aluminium, copper, bronze, acrylic, wood, Traffolyte and Paxolin.
Gordon Engraving has a great deal of experience in producing acrylic display cases for a wide range of uses. We combine our personalised design service with the use of a variety of types and thickness of materials, to ensure we meet the client's needs and expectations. We designed and created the case used to display Her Majesty the Queen's millennium diamond at the Tower of London.
Gordon Engraving prides itself on providing a personalised, high-quality service to its customers to ensure they are delighted with their product. 1 Our main sign above the door is a Gordon Engraving sign. William personally ensured the right chap in his organisation came to us and discussed designs and options for us.

I purchased several panels of perspex secondary glazing (Magnetherm) for my home. They were very easy to fit, practically invisible, effective against noise and also help with insulation therefore cutting the cost of heating. I was very happy at how quickly the company delivered and also how inexpensive they were. I also needed a pane of glass to replace a broken pane in my summerhouse. I decided to use perspex so used Gordons to supply the pane. I saved money and it was less dangerous to fit. It took me minutes and you can't tell the difference between the glass and perspex. Exceptional service

We've placed several orders with William now and each time the service, quality and delivery time of our engraved panels has been fantastic.
