We used the lighting shop for rewiring work and some additional lighting a year ago. They didn't even insulate a live wire under the kitchen unit, considering they were working in that area and would have to have really poor eyesight to not see it, damaged the door of our expensive washing machine and reluctantly payed for a replacement door. A year on and we still have the fuse box tripping, which should have been fixed as this was part of the job asked. We have now been informed by a professional electrician due to do some work soon, that we have the incorrect down lights fitted in the kitchen

Being in this kind of market place we would advise any potential buyers to call first or look at some ideas given by our suppliers.
Without a crystal ball we cannot always give advise without some kind of detail.
It would be unfair for anyone to give a poor review when the lady(without electrical knowledge) in the shop is just covering while we are out on our install work.

Asked what kind of lights I wanted, I said ‘for the kitchen ‘ and described a couple of styles. She told me I needed a better idea. I asked if I could look at the catalogues she has sitting around the shop but she handed me a list of suppliers and told me it’s best to look on line😳
After trekking across Croydon to get there, it was a complete waste of time.
